Dan Bongino: podcast appearances and interviews

Daniel John Bongino is an American conservative podcaster and radio host, as well as a former law enforcement officer. He served as the 20th deputy director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from March 2025 until January 2026. Bongino's career in law enforcement began with the New York City Police Department, where he served from 1995 to 1999. He then worked as a U.S. Secret Service agent from 1999 to 2011. In addition to his law enforcement career, Bongino has been active in politics, running unsuccessfully for Congress three times as a Republican.

In 2025, President Donald Trump announced Bongino's appointment as deputy director of the FBI. Following his nomination, he assumed the role on March 17, 2025, after stepping down from his commentating duties. Bongino also hosts The Dan Bongino Show on Rumble and previously hosted Unfiltered with Dan Bongino on Fox News until 2023. On December 17, 2025, he announced his intention to leave the FBI, and he formally stepped down on January 3, 2026.
