Cody Keenan: podcast appearances and interviews

Cody Keenan is an American political advisor and speechwriter who served as the director of speechwriting for President Barack Obama. He studied political science at Northwestern University and subsequently earned a master's in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. Keenan's early career included work in the U.S. Senate office of Ted Kennedy. He began working full-time on Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign and joined the White House staff in 2009 as deputy director of speechwriting. Following Jon Favreau's departure from the White House in 2013, Keenan became the director of speechwriting for President Obama. Throughout his tenure, he played a key role in shaping the speeches delivered by the president during his administration.
