Christina Wong: podcast appearances and interviews

Christina Wong is a Canadian writer, playwright, and artist known for her diverse creative work. Her 2023 book Denison Avenue, created in collaboration with visual artist Daniel Innes, features a novella about an elderly Chinese Canadian widow living in Toronto's Chinatown-Kensington district, alongside Innes's illustrations of scenes from the neighborhood. The book received critical recognition, being shortlisted for the 2024 Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction, and was notably defended by Naheed Nenshi during the 2024 edition of Canada Reads.
