Chris Wall: podcast appearances and interviews

Chris Wall was a show runner and executive producer affiliated with Shining Isle Productions. His career included a background as an Irish athlete and a significant role in sports administration, serving as the International Secretary for BLE, the predecessor to Athletics Ireland, from 1984 to 2000. Wall was also involved in Irish political circles, notably serving as an associate of former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern. He acted as Ahern's election agent during the 2007 general election and was appointed to serve as a senator for the final weeks of the 22nd Seanad, filling a vacancy caused by the election of nominated Senators to Dáil Éireann. Wall's diverse career spanned sports, politics, and media production, reflecting a wide-ranging engagement in Irish public life. He passed away on 28 December 2021.
