Christopher Stein, born January 5, 1950, is an American musician and songwriter. He is best known as the co-founder and guitarist of the new wave band Blondie. In addition to his work with Blondie, Stein has served as a producer and performer for the soundtrack of the 1982 hip hop film Wild Style. He also contributed as a writer of the soundtrack for the 1980 film Union City. Beyond his musical endeavors, Stein is an accomplished photographer.
