Casey Bailey, born October 27, 1991, is an American professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Tahoe Knight Monsters. He played college hockey with the Penn State Nittany Lions and is recognized as the first player from Penn State to compete in the National Hockey League. Bailey has appeared in thirteen NHL games, representing the Toronto Maple Leafs, with whom he signed out of college, and the Ottawa Senators. In addition to his athletic career, Bailey is known as a poet, playwright, author, and screenwriter. He is also an educator and serves as an Ambassador for the Young Leaders Club. His diverse roles reflect a broad engagement with both sports and the arts.
