Brock Edward Lesnar is an American professional wrestler, former mixed martial artist, amateur wrestler, and professional American football player. He is signed to WWE on a part-time basis and has had two previous tenures with the company, from 2000 to 2004 and from 2012 to 2020. Lesnar is notable for being the only person to have won the primary heavyweight championships across multiple organizations, including WWE, UFC, NJPW, IGF, and the NCAA. He competed in collegiate wrestling at the University of Minnesota, where he won the NCAA Division I national championship in 2000. Shortly thereafter, he signed with the World Wrestling Federation and gained prominence in 2002 by winning the WWE Championship at age 25, making him the youngest champion at the time. In 2004, he left WWE to pursue a career in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings, but was released during pre-season. Lesnar returned to professional wrestling in 2005, signing with NJPW and winning the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, and also held that title in IGF. He later transitioned into mixed martial arts, competing in Hero's and UFC, where he became the UFC Heavyweight Champion in 2010 after unifying the title.
