Brendan Schaub: podcast appearances and interviews

Brendan Peter Schaub is an American podcast host, former professional mixed martial artist, and stand-up comedian. He is the host of The Fighter and the Kid podcast and the Below the Belt with Brendan Schaub podcast, as well as a co-host of the Golden Hour podcast alongside comedians Chris D'Elia and Erik Griffin. Schaub signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship in 2009 to compete on The Ultimate Fighter and fought for the UFC until 2014. He retired from mixed martial arts in 2015 and has since pursued a career in stand-up comedy. Initially performing as part of a duo act with comedian Bryan Callen, Schaub has transitioned to performing as a solo comedian. He released his debut comedy special, You'd Be Surprised, in 2019, and his second special, The Gringo Papi, in 2022.
