Robert Michael Moynihan Jr. is an American comedian and actor born on January 31, 1977. He was a cast member and writer for the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2017. During his time on SNL, he gained recognition for his improvisational skills and comedic versatility. Beyond his work on the show, Moynihan has contributed his voice to several animated series including Louie Duck in Disney's DuckTales from 2017 to 2021, Panda in We Bare Bears from 2015 to 2020, and Hal the Dog in PBS Kids' Nature Cat from 2015 to 2025.
