Billy Bush: podcast appearances and interviews

William Hall Bush, born on October 17, 1971, is an American radio and television host. He has been involved in various broadcast programs, including serving as a correspondent on Access Hollywood from 2001 to 2004 and becoming a primary anchor in 2004. Bush also hosted The Billy Bush Show, a nationally syndicated talk and music radio program that aired from 2008 until 2014. In 2016, he joined the Today Show as a co-host for the third hour, but his tenure was brief. His departure from the program was prompted by a controversy arising from a 2005 recording that surfaced during the 2016 presidential election, which involved lewd conversations with then-presidential candidate Donald Trump. Following this incident, Bush was dismissed from the show. From 2019 to 2025, he hosted the syndicated newsmagazine television show Extra, which had moved from NBC to Fox. Bush is a member of the Bush family, being the nephew of the 41st president, George H. W. Bush, and the cousin of the 43rd president, George W. Bush, as well as Jeb Bush, the 43rd Florida governor.
