About Ben Ford
Ben Ford is an American chef and restaurateur serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Mission Ctrl. He is the son of actor Harrison Ford and illustrator Mary Marquardt. Ford attended culinary school in the 1980s and subsequently opened several restaurants, including Ford's Filling Station and Doorstep Market. Ford's Filling Station was initially located in Culver City and operated for eight years before closing its original location in 2014. The restaurant reopened later that year inside the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Los Angeles, though it was later reported that this location had also closed. One remaining location of Ford's Filling Station is situated at Los Angeles International Airport, Terminal 5. In addition to his culinary career, Ford authored the cookbook Taming the Feast in 2014. He has been married to Emily Ford since 2009; the couple divorced in 2024.
