Andrea Rogers: podcast appearances and interviews

Andrea Rogers is a former association football player from New Zealand who represented the national team, known as the Football Ferns. She made her international debut in a match against Bulgaria on 24 August 1994, and her career with the team included a total of 13 caps. Rogers spent her early playing years in Hamilton, New Zealand, with Western United and Claudelands Rovers before moving to England, where she played for Arsenal L.F.C. for one year. Upon returning to New Zealand in 2001, she continued her club career with Claudelands Rovers until her initial retirement in 2003. She later came out of retirement in 2005 to participate with an 'oldies' team at Rovers and subsequently rejoined the Northern League side for several years. In 2014, Rogers transferred to Cambridge FC, a Waikato club, winning both the Coaches' Player of the Year and Player's Player of the Year awards during her first season and being named the club's women's Player of the Year in 2017. Her club journey also includes stints with Ngaruawahia United and Melville United, where she remains active in first team football when needed.
