Amy White: podcast appearances and interviews

Amy White is a board-certified holistic nutritionist affiliated with the Community of Hope Ministries. She was born on October 20, 1968, in Redondo Beach, California. White attended Irvine's University High School and competed in swimming for Southern Methodist University. She was a competitive swimmer who trained with the Mission Viejo Nadadores under Hall of Fame Head Coach Mark Schubert and represented the United States at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, where she won a silver medal in the women's 200-meter backstroke. Her notable achievements include capturing the gold medal in the 200-meter backstroke at the 1983 Pan American Games in Caracas at the age of 14 and winning the 1984 U.S. national title in the same event. She also placed second in that event in 1983. After her athletic career, White transitioned to holistic nutrition, obtaining certification as a holistic nutritionist. Her current work focuses on promoting health and wellness through her role at the Community of Hope Ministries.
