Amit Agarwal: podcast appearances and interviews

Amit Agarwal is a former appellate litigation attorney who previously served as the Solicitor General of Florida from June 2016. In this role, he represented the state in the United States Supreme Court and the Florida Supreme Court and oversaw appellate litigation in lower state and federal courts. After holding this position, he joined Holland & Knight as a partner in October 2021. Agarwal has also held an academic position at the Florida State University College of Law, where he holds the Richard W. Ervin Eminent Scholar Chair and teaches a seminar on the constitutional separation of powers.
