Amanda Smith: podcast appearances and interviews

Amanda Smith (née Berry) was an American Methodist preacher and social reformer who lived from January 23, 1837, to February 24, 1915. She was a former slave who dedicated her life to religious and charitable work, including funding the Amanda Smith Orphanage and Industrial Home for Abandoned and Destitute Colored Children in Harvey, Illinois. Smith was a leader in the Wesleyan-Holiness movement and preached the doctrine of entire sanctification at Methodist camp meetings around the world. Her efforts contributed to both religious revivalism and social welfare initiatives.
