Alex Thomas, born on October 10, 1978, is a certified confidence coach affiliated with Plant a Seed for Safety. His professional background is rooted in a career as an English drummer known for performing with notable acts such as Squarepusher, Air, and John Cale. Thomas's musical journey includes joining Bolt Thrower in August 1997, contributing drums to the album Mercenary and participating in the Into the Killing Zone tour before departing in 2000 due to differing musical interests. He has also played with a diverse range of artists including Badly Drawn Boy, Groop Dogdrill, New Young Pony Club, UNKLE, Saint Etienne, and Bat for Lashes.
