Adrian Miller: podcast appearances and interviews

Adrian Miller is an American author known for his work as a soul food scholar, barbecue judge, and former attorney and policy analyst. He has written several books, including Soul Food, which won the James Beard Foundation Book Award for Reference and Scholarship in 2014, and Black Smoke, which received the same award in 2022. Miller is also the author of The President's Kitchen Cabinet, a book that was nominated for a 2018 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work – Nonfiction. In addition to his writing, he has served as a White House advisor to President Bill Clinton. His work explores the cultural and historical significance of food, particularly within African American communities, and contributes to the appreciation and understanding of soul food and barbecue traditions.
