He is known for being a star and co-creator of the Comedy Central television series Workaholics and Adam DeVine's House Party. DeVine has played notable roles in both television and film, including Bumper in the musical films Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2, as well as the television series Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin. He has appeared in recurring roles on television, such as Andy Bailey in Modern Family and Adam DeMamp in Workaholics. From 2019 to 2025, DeVine starred as Kelvin Gemstone in the HBO comedy series The Righteous Gemstones, which has received critical acclaim.
