Abbi Jacobson: podcast appearances and interviews

Abbi Jacobson, born in 1984, is an American comedian, actress, writer, producer, and illustrator. She co-created and co-starred in the Comedy Central series Broad City from 2014 to 2019 alongside Ilana Glazer, with the show originating from a web series of the same name. Jacobson is also a writer and co-creator of the Amazon Prime series A League of Their Own, released in 2022, in which she stars as Carson Shaw, a baseball player in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. Her acting roles include voicing Katie Mitchell in the animated film The Mitchells vs. the Machines, Nya in The Lego Ninjago Movie, Princess Bean in the series Disenchantment, and appearances in the live-action films Person to Person and 6 Balloons. She founded Tender Pictures, a production company, in 2020 and co-founded the fellowship program Prelude alongside Mieka Tennant. Additionally, Jacobson has published two colouring books featuring her illustrations and authored a book of personal essays titled I Might Regret This, which explores themes of vulnerability and self-reflection.
