Aaron Perry Taylor-Johnson is an English actor born on June 13, 1990. His career began in childhood, with performances in films such as Shanghai Knights, The Illusionist, and Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging. He gained recognition for his portrayal of John Lennon in the biopic Nowhere Boy, directed by Sam Taylor-Wood, whom he married in 2012. Taylor-Johnson became widely known for his role as the title character in Kick-Ass and its sequel. His filmography includes appearances in Savages, Anna Karenina, and Godzilla.

In 2015, he played Pietro Maximoff in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
