Lucas and Luna dissect the mechanics of YouTube channel growth — not by chasing algorithm hacks, but by studying real creator case studies and platform data. Each episode takes a single metric (like audience retention, CTR, or watch time from browse features) and maps it to a specific production decision: how to structure a video hook, why a certain thumbnail outperformed, or when to pivot from short-form to long-form. Lucas, a former journalist, presses for evidence — 'Show me the YouTube Analytics report' — while Luna, an engaged creator herself, tests every insight against her own channel's numbers. Together they look at channels like MKBHD for tech, Ali Abdaal for productivity, or Patrick Boyle for finance, pulling out tactical lessons without copying their format. For the listener building a serious YouTube presence — not a viral hobby — the show answers: What actually moves the needle on subscriber growth when you have no ad budget? How do you rank for high-competition keywords w

Sep 15, 202611 minS4

Lucas and Luna dissect how this structural shift impacts creator revenue, why generic content is getting priced out, and what specific niche strategies are holding value when broad reach no longer pays. #YouTubeRevenue #CPMDecline #CreatorEconomy #AdTech2026 #DigitalMarketing #VideoSEO #AudienceBuilding #MonetizationStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #ContentCreators #AdSense #AlgorithmShift #NicheMarketing #BrandDeals #OnlineBusiness #MediaTrends Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most creators chase viral hits, but Lucas and Luna dig into the unglamorous engine of sustainable growth: YouTube search intent. They explore why optimizing for specific long-tail queries beats broad appeal, using a case study of a niche tutorial channel that grew by targeting zero-click searches. This episode breaks down how to find these hidden opportunities, structure videos for featured snippets, and build an audience that returns because they found exactly what they needed. #YouTubeSEO #SearchIntent #LongTailKeywords #ContentStrategy #VideoMarketing #AudienceGrowth #ZeroClickSearches #FeaturedSnippets #KeywordResearch #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CreatorEconomy #DigitalMarketing #YouTubeAnalytics #NicheMarkets #VideoSEO #LucasAndLuna #SmallBusinessTips Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most creators obsess over video titles and SEO, but the real bottleneck is often the thumbnail. In this episode, we break down why high-resolution, emotionally resonant thumbnails outperform text-heavy designs every time. We look at specific case studies of channels that doubled their click-through rate by simplifying their visuals and focusing on human faces with clear expressions. Lucas and Luna discuss the psychology of the split-second decision a viewer makes before even seeing your title. You will learn how to test different visual angles using A-B testing tools, avoid common design pitfalls like cluttered backgrounds, and understand why contrast matters more than cleverness in a crowded feed. #YouTubeMarketing #ThumbnailDesign #ClickThroughRate #VideoSEO #ContentStrategy #DigitalMarketing #AudienceGrowth #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CreatorEconomy #VisualPsychology #YouTubeAnalytics #A-BTesting #BrandIdentity #ViewerRetention #SocialMediaTips #OnlineBusiness #MarketingInsights Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

The YouTube Search Strategy That Builds Passive Views
Sep 11, 202611 minS4
Lucas and Luna break down why treating YouTube as a search engine, rather than just a recommendation feed, is the most undervalued growth lever for creators in September 2026. They explore how optimizing for evergreen search intent can outperform viral Shorts strategies, using specific keyword clustering techniques to capture long-tail traffic. The conversation moves past basic title optimization into the structural mechanics of video SEO, including transcript indexing, chapter-based discovery, and the role of click-through rate in sustaining long-term visibility. Listeners will learn how to identify low-competition query gaps that established channels ignore, and why building a library of search-optimized content creates a compounding asset base. This episode offers actionable steps for aligning video topics with high-intent user queries, ensuring that your work continues to generate views months or years after upload. #YouTubeSEO #ContentStrategy #DigitalMarketing #VideoGrowth #SearchOptimization #CreatorEconomy #AudienceBuilding #EvergreenContent #KeywordResearch #WatchTime #ClickThroughRate #VideoMarketing #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingTips #OnlineVisibility #LucasAndLuna #SmartMarketing Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
