#187 - Rabbit-holing ADHD advice, but avoiding the habits
Jul 27, 202650 minS8
If you've gone down the rabbit hole on the "ideal" supplements and advice for ADHD symptoms, the best nutrient timing, or what vitamin fixes what, but you haven't worked out or eaten a proper meal in days, this one's for you. I go down my own rabbit hole analysing a blood test, then walk through why all that micro-research is keeping you stuck in a state of overwhelm and what to do about it instead.
#186 - 3 weeks without tracking or training, here's what happened
Jul 12, 202640 minS8
You know how one skipped workout turns into a whole week and one “bad” meal makes you want to write the whole weekend off? Then Monday morning you're convinced you've fucked everything up and ruined all your progress? I just lived that for three weeks. No gym, tracking food, weigh-ins, more Rum and cake than I’ve had the last two years combined. And this morning, back into reality, my brain did the thing yours does: holy shit, have I ruined everything I worked for? That thought lasted 5 seconds… Because falling off isn't the same as failing. In this episode, I break down exactly what those three weeks looked like, what came back fast when I picked things back up, and some interesting things I noticed being off my ADHD meds. If you’re a very “on a diet - off a diet” person” and one small thing makes you want to quit… I built Simply Happy & Healthy for exactly this. #185 - Structure gives you freedom, not restriction
Jun 17, 202628 minS8
One of my clients spent five minutes telling me that structure feels like restriction. Like the Star Wars trash compactor scene. Then I asked her one question, and it changed the way she thought about structure. In this episode, Travis breaks down why structure isn't the enemy of freedom, it's actually what creates it, and why the reason healthy habits feel suffocating has nothing to do with the habits themselves. If you've ever felt like routine is rigid and restrictive, this one's for you.
One of my clients had five great sessions in a row with her physiologist. Then after one 'bad' session, she messaged me convinced she'd failed and was back at square one. In this episode, I break down why failure is a built-in requirement of the process, and why learning to recover from it (instead of scrapping everything and starting again) is the main thing that leads to actually sustaining your results. There's a reason elite athletes deliberately train to fail. And once I explain it, you're never going to look at a bad day or week the same way again.
#183 - You're not lazy, you're just not digging deep enough
May 21, 202631 minS8
This episode is about a woman who booked a call with me. She knew she was overthinking and overcomplicating everything . She was already working with a coach, so I decided to help her figure out why she wasn't executing her coach's plan. She wasn't going to the gym because she kept going home first. She wasn't meal prepping because her parents were in the kitchen asking questions. None of that was the actual problem. The actual problem was fear of judgment at the gym, at home, and in her own head. And once that got named, everything else made sense. Travis breaks down: Why going home before the gym is almost always a mistake (and what to do instead) The door phenomenon: how changing your physical environment kills your intentions How to handle parents, partners, or anyone who micromanages you What actually happens when someone judges you Why "just do it" works for 1% of people and fails the other 99% The symptoms aren't the problem. The root cause is. And until you find it, you'll keep hitting the same wall. Dig deeper.

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
