If your business is living inside your Notes app, your DMs are a dumpster fire, clients are starting to fall through the cracks, and you’re somehow doing everything yourself… this episode is for you. Because here’s the thing: you can’t scale a business that only works when you’re personally holding every single piece together. I’m talking with Christiana Garza , a business consultant specializing in operations and growth , and this conversation honestly called me OUT. We’re talking about what actually happens behind the scenes when you’re approaching six figures, why “I’m not ready for systems yet” might be keeping you stuck, and how better business operations can actually give you something entrepreneurs rarely talk about: peace. And yes, I am fully aware that I am the person who had eight clients and was still running my life out of the Notes app. In this episode, we talk about: Why your messy Notes app might actually be a sign that your business is ready for better systems and operations What business operations actually means (and why it doesn’t have to mean 47 new apps) The biggest operational challenges for entrepreneurs approaching six figures What changes when you become a multi-six-figure business owner Why seven-figure founders eventually need to get out of the day-to-day operator role How to know when you’re becoming the bottleneck in your own business Why you should start building your business for the version of you who is already successful Creating a better client experience from the first Instagram follow all the way through offboarding Why onboarding, offboarding, testimonials, referrals, and client feedback all need to be part of your business systems How hiring and delegation can help you stop being the person responsible for every single decision The danger of holding onto too much control in your business How to organize your ideas and brain dumps so they actually turn into things that get DONE Why your systems should work with your brain , instead of forcing yourself into someone else’s process The expensive business mistake of letting inbound leads and DMs fall through the cracks How better operations can help you create more freedom and peace in your business Redefining what success actually looks like as your business and life evolve Why sustainable business growth takes time, investment, and skill development—not overnight magic Want to finally get your business organized? Christiana is hosting a FREE 3-day challenge on September 16–18 designed for solopreneurs and business owners who are feeling the pressure of things starting to fall through the cracks—or who are ready to take their side hustle seriously and build a stronger foundation. You’ll learn how to stop running your business like an employee and start operating it like the owner and visionary you actually are. And my personal hack? Send your VA or someone on your team, too. Let them learn the ops side so they can help implement it for you. In this episode, Alyssa Moorhead shares how she built a scalable sales process that allows her team to generate leads, manage conversations, and close high ticket sales directly in the DMs—without relying on endless coffee chats or sales calls. We’re breaking down the shift from founder-led sales to a streamlined DM sales system, including when to hire support, how to create a repeatable sales process, and how to use content and podcasting to pre-sell potential clients before they ever enter your DMs. We also talk about why your sales process actually starts before someone becomes a client, how to use pricing and FAQs to handle objections, and why being known for one specific thing can make selling dramatically easier. In this episode, we cover: Why you don't have to handle every sales conversation yourself When it makes sense to hire support for DM lead generation How to replace unnecessary sales calls with DM sales Alyssa's 5-step DM sales process How to use consent and permission without making prospects feel pressured Why your client experience starts during the sales process How productizing your offer makes it easier to scale your business Using content, case studies, FAQs, and pricing to pre-sell leads How to create ethical urgency without chasing prospects Why podcasting can become part of your sales ecosystem How to use a podcast to shorten your sales cycle and generate high ticket sales Why niching down and becoming known for ONE thing makes selling easier If you're drowning in DMs, spending too much time on sales calls, or wondering how to create a sales process that can actually grow with your business, this episode is for you. The goal isn't more calls. It's a better sales system. How to Scale Your Business Without Burning Yourself Out

Join the waitlist for Cocktails & Close, the BEST networking membership for 6-figure founders ready to scale. Sign up HERE to secure your spot if the reason you’re struggling to scale your business isn’t that you need more time, but that you’re operating without enough capacity? In this episode, I’m sitting down with my podcast client, Ericka Nicole from the Clocked Out podcast for a real conversation about burnout, time management, sustainable business growth, and what it actually takes to scale your business without running yourself into the ground. We talk about what it looks like to build a business while balancing a 9-to-5, why traditional time management advice doesn’t always work, and how understanding your energy—not just your time—can completely change the way you run your business. We also get into some of my favorite business lessons around simplifying your to-do list, identifying the 3–5 activities that actually drive revenue, niching down, and turning your podcast into a real business asset. In this episode, we talk about: Why burnout isn't always a time-management problem The difference between having time and actually having capacity How to do an energy audit and work with your natural energy Why being busy doesn't necessarily mean you're being productive How to identify the 3–5 things that actually make you money Why you don't need to be on every social media platform How niching down can help you attract more of your ideal clients How to use your podcast as part of your sales funnel Creating systems and rhythms that allow you to grow without constant hustle Why sustainable consistency beats operating at 100% The biggest business lessons we’ve learned from burnout How to scale your business while still having a life My biggest takeaway from this conversation? You don't need to do more. You need to get really fucking clear on what actually moves your business forward—and build a business that you can actually sustain. Want to connect with Ericka? Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
