Becoming the CEO of your acting career with Madeleine Wighton
Madeleine is an actor, filmmaker, and silly goose. She is a Psychology graduate and is a mindset, strategy and acting coach, helping actors level up their careers while prioritising their mental wellbeing. On screen, she is known for playing the vibrant Meadow in ABC's AACTA-nominated The PM's Daughter S2, breaking Superwog’s heart in their recent webseries, traversing universes as an alien in Sonny Jim (dir. Declan Arrighi), and bringing colourful creative chaos to the classroom in comedy series, The Detention Diaries. On stage credits include playing Judy Garland in Judy at The Hayes Theatre, in which she was “utterly captivating” (The 4th Wall Reviews, 2025), a hilarious “standout” (Theatre Thoughts, 2023) wing-defence in queer netball comedy Nails Must Be Kept Short (Fruit Box Theatre), Cosette u/s in Les Misérables (Packemin), and a convict in Forgotten (Lost Voices). Madeleine is an award-winning filmmaker and the head goose at Hopeful Goose Creative, creating comedic and hopeful female-led films including Bernice and Death of a People Pleaser.
