**NEW EPISODES EVERY MONDAY** Your laugh-out-loud, real-talk escape from the impossible juggle of working motherhood. Between daycare drop-off, Target pickups, three kids, and ordering yet another bra hoping it makes my boobs look “youthful” — is me… sitting here wondering: how is this my life? Yesterday I was shotgunning beers before kickoff, and now I’m prepping for board meetings, wiping butts, and praying for more than three hours of sleep in a row. This podcast is part group chat, part breakdown, and part “same, bestie.” It’s raw. It’s messy. It’s relatable chaos. Let’s unravel together.

Ep 50: I Hired a House Manager: The Best Investment I've Made as a Working Mom
Jun 29, 202645 minS2
Send us Fan Mail Can you really "have it all"... or do you just need a bigger village? In this solo episode of Who Let Me Do This? , I'm pulling back the curtain on one of the best investments our family has ever made: hiring a house manager . If you've been wondering: What is a house manager? How is it different from a nanny or personal assistant? What does a house manager actually do? How much help is "too much"? Is it worth the money? ...I'm answering all of it. I share exactly how we found our house manager, what tasks she handles each week, how much she's changed our daily lives, and why this decision wasn't about "doing less"—it was about creating more time for what actually matters. But this episode goes much deeper than household help. I also open up about the overwhelming guilt so many ambitious working moms carry, the impossible expectation that we're supposed to do it all ourselves, and the emotional moment that reminded me why none of us were ever meant to raise families without a village. Whether your village is family, friends, childcare, cleaning services, grocery delivery, or a house manager, this conversation is about giving yourself permission to build the support system your family actually needs—not the one society tells you you should have. If you've ever felt like you're failing because you can't do everything yourself, this episode is for you. If you vibed with this episode, here’s how you can keep the chaos going: Hit Follow so new episodes show up without you having to remember (because who has the brain space?) Share it with your favorite boss bestie so they know they’re not alone 🍷 Leave a rating & review — it’s basically the podcast version of a compliment, and you know I live for those 💕 Pop by instagram @saideegrimley or tiktok @wholetmedothispod and tell me what no ones saying out loud as a high achieving working mom

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
