This is my first podcast and as a complete novice I’ve not worked out this whole editing thing so good or bad my podcasts are all as I record them...In episode 1 you’ll learn more about me and why I’ve started my podcast journey.

Is this what parents going through parental alienation find or am I over reacting?

After a month to myself I’m ready to update you regarding my situation.

I missed a week, nobody is perfect and it was for a valid reason. Between my podcasts and the new lifestyle that I find myself creating for myself and my children (challenges along the way) I have to say I’m really proud

Stability, change, emotions…let’s discuss it all!

A difficult week makes a late podcast but this is reality that I’ll not apologise for as I’m real and unfiltered x.

This episode discusses the difficulties of a variety of events this week and why the decision has been made that it’s time to move sooner rather than later, despite financial strains, the help in place and how it affects

In this episode I discuss how getting a letter made me feel and what I’m doing.

Discussing the progress we’ve made to date and future progress to be made. Hopes for my family and more.

In this episode I open up about new beginnings, independence and the future.

Episode 7 looks at an update as promised around what I have planned to support myself and my children moving forward. I also explain why I have gone with a solicitor I need to pay for rather than a legal aid one and how

Episode 6 discusses the difficulties of initial communication around children, contact and emotions in response. We also explore feelings of accountability around behaviour and I explain the reasoning behind a post on so

Episode 5 is just an update over the last few weeks as to what’s been happening and how it’s made me feel…perhaps someone may relate?

Episode 4 discusses how domestic abuse has affected our children and the domestic abuse they have also experienced themselves without me even realising.

In Episode 3 I look at my PTSD diagnosis and the domestic abuse within my relationship that’s triggered it.

Episode 2 looks a bit deeper at the stigma around the term ‘step’ parent and discusses how cheating has affected me as well as our children amongst other things

In episode 1 of my podcast I describe me and the circumstances that have brought me to podcasting.
