Nancy L. Regas is an educator, author, counselor, and voice-over artist with decades of experience working with young people and families. She spent 22 years as a school counselor and another three years as a regional college representative, drawing on that experience to advocate for students and help educators and parents better understand the role of school counseling. She is the author of The Art of Being a School Counselor: Leading with Confidence, Compassion & Authenticity, a blend of memoir, practical guidance, and real-world lessons designed for counselors, educators, parents, and people considering a career in school counseling. Regas has described the book as part of her legacy to the students whose lives she had the privilege of sharing. She also works professionally as a voice-over artist and public speaker, bringing her background in education and counseling into her communication work.
