We open with me beefing with legendary YMH editor Chris Larson, who's forcing me to set the mic cord to the outside of the shirt and destroying the illusion that any of this is organic. The curtain has been pulled back. We're all Kansas now.PSA verdict this week: bad advice. A man who may or may not be AI tells you that you're perfect, you should never ask for permission, and it's never too late to dream. He's wrong on all three. Successful people are cutthroat demons. Attractive people think they're better than you. And happy people...who exactly is happy unless they're one of those two things? Then the DeView: Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. As best as I can tell, it's a movie about a man who leaves his wife and child to attack a city that may not have existed, defeats it, has sex with Charlize Theron on a beach for seven years, remembers he has a family, goes home and murders everybody, and then abandons his son to go sailing. Three hour runtime felt like a mere 150 minutes. I loved it. Before the main segment, I have to address the Sony PlayStation situation, you know the one where the company is threatening customers with legal action over the disc phase-out backlash. Sony is wrong. The customers threatening, harassing, and using racist language in response are more wrong. Both sides get it from me. And finally, we debut a brand new segment: We Can't Go On Like This. Today: dogs eating better than humans. I have videos. I have opinions. I have a theory about what actually causes wars. By the end we get to the Karni Mata temple in India where 20,000 holy rats are currently being fed coconut, fruit, and liquor by a full staff of caretakers and I realize we already worship rats. We just call them influencers, celebrities, politicians, and billionaires. Planet of the Yorkies is closer than you think.
