Vegans for Palestine Podcast - Episode 27 - Reel Bad Palestinians
What's it like to be Arab in Hollywood? Lee Mosa-Peterkin is an award-winning first-generation Palestinian vegan filmmaker, writer, director, editor and cinematographer. His work spans music videos, commercials, short films, and feature films, often blending raw drama, absurdity, and tragic comedy. His films have received international recognition, and his 2025 short film ' Mobius Loop ' is available on Watermelon+ Streaming. Mobius Loop follows scientist Senna and her husband Sam as they race to save their research institute by completing a groundbreaking project before it is shut down. When Senna discovers an old VHS tape filmed by her mother, she uncovers forgotten family research dating back to 1976 that holds the missing key to their work. Blending science fiction with family history, the film explores memory, intergenerational knowledge, and the enduring connections between past and present.
