In this episode, I sit down with Keziah to talk about her incredible journey, from moving into foster care as a young girl and navigating difficult chapters in her childhood and relationships, to eventually finding her way back to herself. Throughout her life, Keziah experienced something that became a recurring theme in her story: people believing in her before she fully believed in herself. From her ex-partner encouraging her to take a different direction, to people in her early career in the UK pushing her to recognise her own potential, the right people around her helped her see possibilities she couldn’t always see for herself. But even after achieving what looked like the “dream life,” something still didn’t feel right. It was only when she started listening to herself, trusting her instincts and believing in her own vision that everything began to shift. That journey led her to take a leap of faith and create Zenith Vision, her own company, where she has built her identity as a Visual Brand Partner, helping businesses bring their vision and identity to life. And then came another leap, moving to Dubai with her company and choosing to build a new chapter on her own terms. Keziah’s story is a powerful reminder that your past does not define your future. Sometimes, all it takes is someone believing in you, one moment of courage, and the decision to finally believe in yourself. One of the biggest misconceptions is that hypnotherapy is a magical fix. It isn't. As Erica explains, change can only happen when you are genuinely ready to change.
