When I launched this podcast, I was navigating burnout, major changes in my business, and a personal season that would eventually include surgery, recovery, financial uncertainty, and a complete recalibration of how I wanted to show up publicly. There were plenty of moments when it would have been easier to disappear. But I kept recording. And after one full year of podcasting, I’ve realized that some of the biggest lessons had very little to do with microphones, downloads, or podcast marketing.   Podcasting changed my relationship with social media, storytelling and the way I build trust with the people listening. It gave me room to move beyond polished authority content and create the deeper conversations I had been craving, conversations about business, identity, money, fertility, leadership and what it actually takes to remain visible while navigating real life. I spent years telling myself that I wanted to start a podcast, but I kept overthinking the technology and waiting for the perfect time. Once I stopped treating the podcast like one massive project and created a simple, repeatable process, everything changed. In this episode, I’m breaking down the exact goals, podcast tools, systems, and weekly workflow I use to create, record, edit, publish, and promote Unapologetically Visible.
