A Force of Nature with Chrissy Heyne....
My guest on episode 26 of “Tight 10 with Dave Dyer” is Chrissy Heyne. Chrissy hails from the City of Chicago. She’s an Iowa Hawkeye. She worked for Teach for America, Failure Lab, she’s been an education consultant and executive coach for years. She has two beautiful children, Jonas and Ruby. She is also one of my favorite people to work out with (even though we haven’t in years) and she and I finished 5th out of about 40-50 teams in a CrossFit Competition called “Compete with a Cougar or WOD with a Sugar Daddy” where the teams had to be a man and a woman at least 10 years apart in age and we were BY FAR the oldest team there. She’s a force of nature and amazing friend, it’s Chrissy Heyne!!!
