Thank you for tuning into Thoughts of an Overthinker. A podcast dedicated to encouraging self- growth for anyone pursuing a career or passion in the arts with me, your host, Maki Iman. I am a person of many goals and aspirations. My main focus, however, has been building my acting career. After graduating from NYU, I found that I was missing a very important piece, a community. Through sharing my personal experiences, each episode will aim to shed some light for others that can relate to the sometimes uncanny thoughts and anxieties while pursuing a career in the arts. I will be sharing personal advice, but please know that I am on this journey with you as well. Learning as we go. See you in the episode and remember to show some love! Your host, Maki Iman.

Episode #1

One of the biggest lessons that I've learned and continue to live by is doing things while scared. Pursuing a career in the arts can be scary and certainly not easy. A lot of the time we may feel like our fears physically hold us back from starting those projects, those goals etc... In reality though, we are the holding ourselves back, not realizing we can do it... It's okay to be scared or worrisome, but continue to show up even when you are.

Episode #1

I notice that every few months... I find myself rebranding my content. Not sure if it's just me or if others experience the same? At what point do I stop calling it a rebrand and call it "not being consistent" ?

Episode #5
Sometimes we have many ideas, goals, plans that we cant wait to get started on. But then we experience periods where we feel like we're just waiting for things to happen. Waiting is a part of life and while we don't want to wait for things in life all the time, sometimes it is necessary in order to see our plans come to fruition. But lets talk it about it

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
