This is not another therapy podcast. This podcast is secretly about friendship. John and Linnea met at very strange times in their lives. A time where they came together from very different backgrounds and had to work on a big project together. Through the years, they have gone from coworkers, to enemies, to friends, to podcast cohosts together. Each week they choose a theme to talk about and chit chat and (sometimes) make art about the topic. They share their insights and get curious with each other. Sometimes they bring on special guests (their friends) to chat about topics that are near and dear to their heart. This is not a clinical therapy podcast, but more snippets of two friends talking about life, with growth as a key thread that gets woven within.
