The wearable technology market now encompasses over a billion devices, from the smartwatch on your wrist to the continuous glucose monitor under your skin. Each week, Lucas and Luna sit down at their review studio to dissect the latest releases from Apple, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, and emerging players like Oura and Withings, comparing specs, battery life, sensor accuracy, and real-world usability. They don't just unbox gadgets—they interrogate the clinical trials behind new electrocardiogram algorithms, the privacy implications of always-on health monitoring, and the shifting business models of companies that now sell you data dashboards alongside hardware. Lucas brings a journalist's skepticism to claims about stress detection and sleep staging; Luna, an engaged athlete and early adopter, challenges him to see beyond the spec sheet. Together, they explore how these devices are reshaping insurance premiums, employer wellness programs, and even medical diagnosis, while asking hard questio

Episode #189
How Wearables Predict Sepsis Before Symptoms
Sep 17, 202610 minS4
Sepsis kills faster than most cancers, yet traditional hospital monitoring often misses the early warning signs until it is too late. In this episode, we explore how continuous wearable sensors are changing that timeline by detecting subtle shifts in heart rate variability and skin temperature hours before clinical symptoms appear. We look at the specific data points that matter, why passive monitoring beats active logging for critical care, and what patients and doctors can do with this information right now to save lives. #WearableTech #SepsisDetection #HealthMonitoring #DigitalHealth #MedicalDevices #PatientSafety #EarlyWarning #ContinuousCare #HeartRateVariability #SkinTemperature #ClinicalData #FutureOfMedicine #LucasAndLuna #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechnologyTrends #HealthInnovation #SmartHealth Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
How Wearables Predict Heart Attacks Before Symptoms
Sep 16, 20268 minS4
On this episode, we look at the emerging data linking resting heart rate trends to cardiovascular events. Lucas and Luna explore how continuous monitoring creates a predictive window that traditional checkups miss. We discuss the specific algorithms behind early detection and what the latest clinical trials say about their accuracy in real-world settings. #WearableTech #CardiovascularHealth #HeartRateVariability #PredictiveAnalytics #DigitalHealth #MedicalDevices #ConsumerElectronics #HealthMonitoring #ClinicalData #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechInnovation #WellnessTrends #DataPrivacy #AIinHealthcare #PreventiveCare #SmartwatchFeatures #LucasAndLuna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Wearable tech has mastered heart rate and sleep tracking, but thermal load remains a blind spot. In this episode, Lucas and Luna explore why devices ignore the body's heat stress despite rising global temperatures. They examine the engineering trade-offs between battery life and continuous skin-temp monitoring, using recent data on urban heat island effects to explain why your fitness tracker might miss early signs of heat exhaustion. Discover how one major health study changed manufacturer priorities and what that means for your daily workout safety. #WearableTech #ThermalLoad #HeatStress #SmartwatchHealth #FitnessTracking #BiometricData #UrbanHeatIsland #SensorEngineering #BatteryLifeTradeoffs #HealthMonitoring #ExerciseSafety #CoreTemperature #SkinTempSensors #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechInnovation #ConsumerElectronics #PublicHealth Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
We explore the often-overlooked metric of blood oxygen saturation, or SpO2, and why it matters beyond high-altitude trekking. With September 14, 2026 marking a period of renewed focus on respiratory health monitoring, we look at how consumer devices are improving sensor accuracy for sleep apnea detection and general wellness. Lucas and Luna break down the technology behind pulse oximetry in wearables, the limitations of current algorithms, and what recent clinical studies suggest about the reliability of home-based tracking versus medical-grade equipment. #BloodOxygen #SpO2 #WearableTech #HealthMonitoring #SleepApnea #PulseOximetry #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechReview #MedicalDevices #ConsumerElectronics #HealthAnalytics #WellnessTrends #DataAccuracy #RespiratoryHealth #Smartwatch #FitnessTracker #DigitalHealth Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
We dissect the hidden math behind wearable calorie tracking, focusing on how basal metabolic rate estimates skew results for average users. Using data from recent clinical validation studies, we reveal why step-count-based algorithms often overestimate energy expenditure by up to twenty percent. This episode breaks down the specific physiological variables your device ignores, giving you a clearer picture of your actual daily burn and helping you make smarter nutrition decisions without relying on misleading screen numbers. #WearableTech #CalorieTracking #FitnessData #MetabolicHealth #SmartwatchAccuracy #BMR #TDEE #HealthTech #DigitalHealth #FitnessMyths #AlgorithmicBias #ConsumerElectronics #WeightLossStrategy #DataValidation #PhysiologicalMetrics #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechReview Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
