Lucas and Luna explore the realities of building a second income while holding down a full-time job. Each episode takes a single freelancing scenario—like launching a UX design side-hustle while working in tech support, or selling financial models on Gumroad while employed at a bank—and walks through the numbers: hourly rates, tax implications, non-compete clauses, time budgets. Lucas brings the research, citing Bureau of Labor Statistics data on moonlighting trends, IRS safe harbor rules, and specific case studies of freelancers who built independent income streams without quitting. Luna pushes back on the rosy narratives, asking hard questions about burnout, health insurance gaps, and employer retaliation. Past conversations have dissected the economics of Fiverr vs. Upwork, the legality of using a work laptop for side projects, and the real probability of turning a $500/month side gig into full-time income. This show is for the employee who already has a side project idea—or a stack

Sep 13, 202610 minS4
Most corporate professionals sit on a goldmine of internal knowledge they never monetize. In this episode, we look at how mid-level managers and specialists turn their day-to-day operational expertise into high-value freelance consulting without leaving their main job. We break down the specific mechanics of 'fractional' roles, how to price your time when you're not selling a product but rather your institutional memory, and the legal gray areas around non-compete clauses that every side-hustler needs to understand. From structuring retainers to managing client boundaries, this is the playbook for turning corporate skills into independent income streams starting September twenty-twenty-six. #SideHustleCareer #FreelanceConsulting #CorporateSkills #FractionalWork #BusinessStrategy #CareerDevelopment #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #IncomeDiversification #ProfessionalServices #KnowledgeMonetization #WorkLifeBalance #ConsultingTips #EmployeeRights #NonCompeteClauses #RetainerModels #ClientAcquisition #SkillTranslation Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

In this episode of The Side Hustle Career Podcast, we break down how that engineer structured his service, priced his packages, and avoided the legal pitfalls of working for competitors while employed. Most people think corporate event planning is just about booking venues and managing catering. But for a former internal planner at a major tech firm, the real money wasn't in the salary—it was in the vendor kickbacks and the niche consulting work that followed. In this episode, we break down how one professional turned their deep knowledge of venue contracts and speaker logistics into a thirty thousand dollar annual side hustle by helping smaller companies navigate the same opaque pricing structures. We look at the specific margins on audio-visual rentals, the markup potential on hospitality suites, and why transparency is actually the most valuable product you can sell in a broken market. #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #SideHustle #Freelancing #EventPlanning #CorporateEvents #VendorNegotiation #HiddenRevenue #ConsultingSkills #B2BServices #MarketingStrategy #CareerDevelopment #LucasAndLuna #BusinessInsights #IncomeStreams #ProfessionalServices #LogisticsManagement #FinanceTips Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
