Chad is the founder of Focused Capital, an Indianapolis firm that owns about 800 apartment units and expects to cross 1,000 in October. He spent almost 20 years selling credit card processing before he ever looked at a rental. He got into real estate for one reason, and it was the tax bill. Paul Thrift bought his first house the summer after high school. Today Thompson Thrift has built $7 billion of real estate across more than 20 states. He and his partner John met in high school and bought a repossessed home together right after graduation. Forty years later Thompson Thrift is a national multifamily developer with about 200 people in the Indianapolis office alone. He opens up the machine behind it: roughly 1,100 accredited investors, 800 million to a billion dollars of development a year, and a five-year life cycle on every deal. Less than 10% of the business is even in Indiana, and he explains why the state keeps producing developers who punch above their weight. A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
