Lucas and Luna dismantle the mechanics of repeat purchasing: how email flows, SMS triggers, and loyalty architecture convert one-time buyers into habitual customers. Each episode takes a single retention strategy — a welcome series A/B test, a points-program redesign, a reactivation campaign — and traces its execution from first-party data setup to revenue lift. Lucas brings the numbers: open rates, redemption curves, CLV projections from real brands like Allbirds, Glossier, and Sephora. Luna pushes back on assumptions about customer fatigue, discount dependency, and the tension between personalization and privacy. Together they examine why some loyalty programs feel like a chore while others become a habit, and how the best retention teams use behavioral data without crossing the creepy line. This is not a show about hacks or viral growth; it is a show about the slow, deliberate work of earning a second purchase, a third, and a tenth. If you run an ecommerce brand, a subscription serv

Why Your Best Customers Leave First
Oct 4, 20269 minS5
The most loyal customers often churn silently, leaving no trace until it is too late. In this episode, we explore the 'silent attrition' phenomenon using data from a major mid-market retailer that lost its highest-spending segment despite high satisfaction scores. We discuss how traditional NPS surveys miss emotional fatigue and why behavioral signals like reduced engagement frequency are better predictors of departure than explicit complaints. Learn to identify these early warning signs before they impact your bottom line. #CustomerRetention #SilentChurn #LoyaltyPrograms #MarketingStrategy #ConsumerBehavior #NPSvsEngagement #CustomerExperience #DataAnalytics #RetailTrends #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #RetentionMarketing #EmailMarketing #SMSMarketing #BrandLoyalty #CustomerLifetimeValue #PredictiveAnalytics #MidMarketRetail Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Tiered Loyalty Programs Drive Higher Spending
Oct 3, 20269 minS5
Most loyalty programs treat every customer the same, but data shows tiered structures dramatically increase average order value and retention. In this episode, Lucas and Luna break down how airlines and premium retailers use status tiers to create aspirational spending goals. We examine the psychology of the 'almost there' member and why friction in reaching the next level is a feature, not a bug. By October 2026, with acquisition costs remaining high, understanding the mechanics of status anxiety becomes critical for any brand looking to maximize lifetime value without relying on discounts. #CustomerRetention #LoyaltyPrograms #TieredRewards #MarketingStrategy #BusinessGrowth #ConsumerBehavior #BrandLoyalty #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #RevenueGrowth #CustomerExperience #RetailTrends #DigitalMarketing #EcommerceTips #SpendingHabits #StatusAnxiety #RepeatCustomers #MarketingInsights Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Behavioral Nudges Increase Customer Retention
Oct 2, 20266 minS5
We examine how small behavioral nudges, like default opt-ins and simplified checkout flows, drive repeat purchases without heavy discounting. Lucas and Luna discuss the ethics of friction reduction using real examples from Amazon and Apple. This episode explores the psychology behind automated retention strategies that feel helpful rather than manipulative. #BehavioralNudges #CustomerRetention #EmailMarketing #SMSMarketing #LoyaltyPrograms #ConversionOptimization #UXDesign #DefaultOptions #FrictionReduction #EcommerceStrategy #Amazon #Apple #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingTips #ConsumerPsychology #DigitalStrategy #RepeatCustomers Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Supermarkets Turn Receipt Data Into Loyalty
Oct 1, 202611 minS5
We dissect how Kroger and Walmart have moved beyond simple punch cards to build sophisticated first-party data engines. By scanning receipts or linking loyalty accounts, retailers capture granular purchase history that allows for hyper-targeted personalization. We explore the mechanics of this data flywheel, why it protects margins better than blanket discounting, and what it means for consumer privacy in an era where your grocery basket is more valuable than your credit score. #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #RetentionMarketing #Kroger #Walmart #FirstPartyData #Personalization #CustomerLoyalty #RetailStrategy #DataFlywheel #ConsumerPrivacy #EmailMarketing #SMSMarketing #PurchaseHistory #MarginProtection #SupermarketTech #DigitalReceipts #LoyaltyPrograms Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Supermarkets Turn Receipt Data Into Loyalty
Sep 30, 202610 minS5
Supermarket loyalty programs are often dismissed as noisy discount traps, but the real money is made in the back end through receipt data and behavioral segmentation. In this episode, we look at how major grocery chains use transaction history to predict churn and trigger hyper-personalized offers that drive repeat visits without eroding margins. We explore the specific mechanics of dynamic pricing engines, how they test offer elasticity on small customer cohorts, and why the most effective loyalty strategies today are invisible—triggered by purchase patterns rather than points balances. If you want to understand how to move beyond transactional rewards and build a retention engine that actually respects customer attention, this deep dive into retail data science is for you. #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #RetentionMarketing #CustomerLoyalty #RetailData #Personalization #GroceryIndustry #BehavioralEconomics #DynamicPricing #CustomerChurn #DataPrivacy #MarketingStrategy #ConsumerInsights #LoyaltyPrograms #RepeatCustomers #EmailMarketing #SMSMarketing #EcommerceGrowth Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
