Episode #156
The Miami Hurricanes face the Clemson Tigers - Congdon to Start? - This isn't Clemson 2018 - Episode 156
The Miami Hurricanes head to the possibly wet and stormy Clemson to face the Tigers where they have not won since 2010. The Canes are undefeated, but have not been tested by top-of-the-line competition, although Wake is better than people give them credit for. Clemson was walloped by LSU and then muddied their way to three wins in a row. Due to the weather, Miami may have to rely on the ground game and we hope that Mark Fletcher is healthy enough to batter his way through the Clemson subpar run defense. What will the starting offensive line look like? Will Ben Congdon finally get the nod to start at guard? We hope so. The Clemson offense is a mess. They have a freshman quarterback that has thrown one TD and two INT on the year. They try to keep the ball on the ground, take time off the clock and hope to win it at the end. Miami's defense, with it's damn good run defense should be ready for the challenge. Will Miami cover the 16.5-point spread? Will Miami return the favor for 58-0 and cutting the turnover chain? Will Dabo be at Clemson after this year. These are all questions to be answered. Please go check out the great work of Cam and his staff at StateOfTheU . Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
