<p>Chris Shepherd had spent much of his life playing competitive sports. Then, during a squash tournament, he could no longer feel his feet. His condition progressed until he could not walk more than 20 yards without numbness—and he received a recommendation for at least a two-level spinal fusion.</p><p>In this episode, Chris joins Dr. Clayton Skaggs to discuss his personal decision to seek another opinion and commit to a long recovery process at the Central Institute for Human Performance.
