What I Wish I’d Known Before My Kids Started School
Aug 13, 202644 min
Is your little one starting primary school? In this chatty podcast-style episode, I’m talking through the practical, emotional and sensory side of getting ready for school — not just the uniform, labels and school bags, but the big feelings, new routines, drop-off wobbles, sensory surprises, school communication, social media consent and what to do if you have neurodiversity concerns. As a mum of four children with autism, I’ve learned that starting school is not just about buying the right bits and hoping for the best. It’s about helping your child know what to expect, reducing the unknowns where we can, building tiny independence skills, communicating clearly with school and giving both them and us a bit more support through a really big transition. This is not about making starting school perfect. It’s about making it feel a little calmer, a little safer and a little less overwhelming for everyone. Aug 11, 202614 min
It's been TWO years since I started taking ADHD medication… so here's a proper, honest catch-up. In this one I'm sharing what's actually changed, what hasn't, the side effects (including the surprising ones!), and I'm answering all the questions you've been sending me. This is just my personal experience - I'm not a doctor, and even if I were, I'm not YOUR doctor, so please always speak to your own GP. ❤️ LINKS I MENTIONED Free weekly planning checklist & system → https://mummyoffour.com/planweek ♾️ 100 Signs of ADHD (free printable) → https://mummyoffour.com/100adhd My full ADHD symptoms & diagnosis playlist → https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLP7SPoJ1ortvJqPj3rBvxCIGqXJemsiQC The Tenzing drinks I love → https://amzn.to/3Sj7L8n ♀️WalkingPad → https://mummyoffour.com/WP (Discount Code: MUMMYOFFOURUK ) ♀️ Walking pad full review video → https://youtu.be/uaL-zOpHxHk Let me know your questions and experiences in the comments - this is such a supportive community. If you’re limping to the end of term feeling overwhelmed, emotional, exhausted and like there is absolutely no white space left in your life, this one is for you. In this honest, chatty catch-up, I’m talking about end of term chaos, Year 6 leavers emotions, why finishing primary school has hit me so much harder than I expected, and how I’m using planning and white space to get through a very full season of mum life. This is not a polished “how to have your life together” video. It’s a real-life, anti-edit mum chat for anyone who feels like they’re carrying a lot right now. If end of term has completely taken you out, you are absolutely not the only one. 📝 FREE Organised Weekly Planning System Planner - https://mummyoffour.com/planweek ______________________________________________________________________ ✨ FREE Neuro-Sparkly Resource Hub & Community - https://www.rhiannanmorgan.com/join 📒 Organised Life Club (OLC) - systems & support for Mums in Neuro-Sparkly homes - https://www.rhiannanmorgan.com/olc 🎀 My Inner Circle - OLC + monthly zoom room calls with Rhi + access to all products in digital store - https://mummyoffour.com/VIP
Back to School Transitions: What Really Helps Neurodiverse Kids
Jun 29, 202615 min
If your child is anxious about going back to school — especially if they’re autistic, ADHD, or neuro-sparkly — this episode will help you turn that anxiety into a plan. Most children aren’t scared of *school* — they’re scared of the *unknown*. So in this episode I’m sharing the practical, real-life things that have helped my family through school transitions (new class, new teacher, new rules, new routines — and sometimes even a new school). In this episode you’ll learn: - Why transitions can feel so big (especially for neurodiverse kids) - The “volume dial” explanation (why unfamiliar environments feel overwhelming) - How to build familiarity (photos, visits, routes, social stories) - Friendship + emotional prep - Independence + routine tips that make September calmer ➡️ Back-to-School Stock Take Checklist: https://mummyoffour.com/schoolchecklist ➡️ 100 Signs of Autism Checklist: https://mummyoffour.com/100asd ➡️ 100 Signs of ADHD in Children: https://mummyoffour.com/100adhd ➡️ Join the conversation on YouTube - https://youtu.be/Opow4ImqREQ
2 Years Later: The Truth About My ADHD Diagnosis at 40

It’s now been two years since I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40… and if I’m honest, quite a few things surprised me. If you’re a mum who suspects ADHD, has recently been diagnosed, or just feels constantly overwhelmed trying to juggle everything, I hope this helps you feel seen and understood. This is just me sharing my experience and what I’m still figuring out. ➡️ Grab my free ADHD symptoms guide - https://mummyoffour.com/100ADHD ➡️ Join my free community & resource hub - https://mummyoffour.com/join ➡️ Join the Organised Life Club - https://mummyoffour.com/joinolc
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
