The mobile app economy is a multi-trillion-dollar market, yet most apps fail within 30 days. Lucas and Luna dissect the strategies behind the hits and the graveyard of misses. They explore iOS vs. Android monetization models, from subscription fatigue to the rise of super apps in Asia. They analyze the economics of user acquisition, the psychology of retention, and the pivot of legacy companies like Microsoft into mobile-first design. Each episode takes a specific app category — health, gaming, fintech — and a specific company inside it: how did Strava build a social moat? Why did Snapchat survive while others faded? What does the EU's Digital Markets Act mean for indie developers? Lucas brings data on install-to-pay conversion rates and ad revenue benchmarks; Luna challenges assumptions about UX and market timing. They talk about the craft of the product, the business of the store, and the tension between growth and profitability. This is not a 'how to code your app' show. It is for p

How Apps Use Invisible UI to Change Behavior
Sep 13, 202613 minS4
Most app designers focus on what users see. But the most effective behavioral changes happen through invisible interface mechanics—haptic feedback, auto-advance features, and frictionless transitions that guide action without conscious thought. We examine how major consumer apps use these subtle design choices to shape habits, increase engagement, and drive conversions while maintaining a seamless user experience. From haptic pulses that confirm actions to interfaces that eliminate decision fatigue, we explore the psychology behind invisible UI patterns. #InvisibleUI #AppDesign #BehavioralPsychology #HapticFeedback #UserExperience #ConsumerApps #MobileDevelopment #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechTrends #ProductManagement #UXDesign #DigitalHabits #InterfaceDesign #GrowthStrategy #MobileFirst #SubconsciousDesign #AppEconomics Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
How Apps Use Contextual Data to Personalize Experiences
Sep 12, 202610 minS4
Most apps promise personalization but deliver generic feeds. In this episode, we examine how leading consumer apps are shifting from simple behavioral tracking to deep contextual understanding using on-device processing and privacy-safe signals. We look at specific examples of how location, time, and usage patterns combine to create hyper-relevant experiences without compromising user data. From health tracking to local commerce, discover the technical and ethical balance required to build trust while maintaining engagement in a post-cookie world. #AppPersonalization #ContextualData #PrivacyFirstDesign #OnDeviceAI #UserExperience #DigitalTrust #MobileTech #AppDevelopment #ConsumerApps #DataEthics #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechTrends2026 #AppStrategy #PrivacyCompliance #Smartphones #IOSAndroid #AppEconomy Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
When Apple tightened privacy rules in iOS 14, thousands of ad-supported apps lost their tracking data overnight. This episode explores how developers pivoted from user-level targeting to contextual advertising and first-party data strategies. We look at the specific mechanics of server-side attribution, the rise of clean rooms, and why some small studios survived while others vanished. Anchored in the September 2026 landscape where platform dependency remains a critical risk for independent builders. #AppDevelopment #iOSPrivacy #ContextualAdvertising #FirstPartyData #MobileMonetization #PlatformRisk #ServerSideAttribution #CleanRooms #AdTech #StartupStrategy #DigitalMarketing #UserTracking #DataPrivacy #IndependentDevelopers #AppStorePolicy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechEconomics Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most app developers are taught that friction kills conversion, but a growing number of fintech and health apps are intentionally adding steps to verify identity and build trust. We look at how Apple's App Tracking Transparency and Android’s Privacy Sandbox have forced developers to rethink the user journey. The result is a shift from speed to security, where extra taps become a feature rather than a bug. We break down why users now expect verification before they hand over data, and how this changes the economics of user acquisition. #AppDevelopment #UserExperience #FintechSecurity #PrivacySandbox #AppTrackingTransparency #DigitalTrust #MobileEconomics #ConsumerBehavior #DataVerification #iOSDesign #AndroidPlatform #OnboardingStrategies #IdentityProofing #ConversionOptimization #TechPolicy #BusinessStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
How Mobile Apps Use Micro-Transactions to Fund Growth
Sep 9, 20268 minS4
We dissect the hidden economics of in-app micro-transactions, focusing on how fitness and productivity apps use one-time $0.99 purchases to bypass subscription fatigue. Using a specific case study of a popular habit-tracking app that shifted from monthly fees to single-feature unlocks, we explore why this model boosts lifetime value while reducing churn. Lucas breaks down the unit economics, while Luna examines the user psychology behind impulse buys versus recurring commitments. This episode reveals how small, frictionless payments can actually drive higher retention than traditional subscriptions. #Microtransactions #AppMonetization #SubscriptionFatigue #iOSDevelopment #AndroidApps #ConsumerBehavior #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechEconomics #UserRetention #InAppPurchases #StartupStrategy #DigitalGoods #MobileFirst #RevenueModels #AppStoreOptimization #LucasAndLuna #BusinessInsights Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
