Episode 135 - Movement as Medicine (with Kristin Oja of STAT Wellness)
Aug 24, 202648 min
What if movement wasn’t just part of your fitness routine—but an essential part of your healthcare? In this episode, I’m joined by Kristin Oja, founder and CEO of STAT Wellness, the nation’s first functional medicine and movement practice. Kristin’s vision for STAT Wellness began during her time working in healthcare, where she saw countless patients suffering from diseases that could potentially have been prevented through earlier intervention and lifestyle changes. That experience inspired her to rethink the traditional approach to healthcare and create a practice focused on helping people improve their health before they reach a crisis point. We discuss the current state of healthcare and nutrition in the United States, why movement deserves a larger role in functional medicine, and how exercise can be viewed as a form of medicine rather than simply a way to burn calories or improve body composition. Kristin also shares the story behind starting STAT Wellness, her approach to combining functional medicine with movement, and her thoughts on some of today’s biggest fitness and wellness trends. On this episode, I'm joined by Carrie Cihasky of PAWS Chicago. PAWS is the city’s largest No Kill humane organization, dedicated to ending the euthanasia of homeless cats and dogs. Founded in 1997, it revolutionized animal sheltering by treating homeless pets with dignity, providing comprehensive medical care, and finding them loving homes. We discussed a bit about the organization, the work the do, the services provided and the PAWS 5K Run for their Lives event coming up on August 29, 2026. This is a phenomenal organization and if anyone would like to join or donate to my team for the run, please use the link below! https://donate.pawschicago.org/mfswellness Contact PAWS: info@pawschicago.org Contact Mike: Mike Sinopoli - NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn: @mfswellness email: mike@mfswellness.com phone: 630-361-4907 www.mfswellness.com
Episode 133 - Modern Dating & Relationships (A Joint Perspective)
May 27, 20261h 50m
Earlier this year, we published two episodes around dating and relationships in modern times. One was a female perspective, the other, a male perspective. This episode joins both groups for an overall discussion on this extremely diverse, convoluted and individualized topic. We addressed the following: -Is the friction in modern relationships really between men and women, or is it more of an empath vs. narcissist type battle? Or is the whole thing entirely too complex to made such a distinction? -Using others or a relationship to avoid the healing process from traumatic past events and the how it's the downfall of the vast majority of partnerships. -Online dating, dating apps, social media etiquette. -What's worse, physical or emotional infidelity? Or are they equal? -Should a woman ask a man out on a date? -Social media responses. -We list non-sexual qualities in the opposite sex we like or respect personally. Episode 132 - Action Over Intention (with Josiah Smith)
Mar 31, 20261h 16m
In this episode, Josiah Smith and I discuss a simple yet deep phrase: "Action Over Intention." We lay out our own struggles with taking action and sitting in the comfort of intentions and the deep rooted internal battles that keep us stuck. Joe uses examples from his career, past physique competitions, and iron man training to elaborate on the subject. We also review the top aspects of life where people will sit in intent and constructively suggest the practices on how to move forward with purposeful action. Huge thanks to Joe for opening up on this recording. Nothing but the utmost respect for this guy as a human and long-time friend. Episode 131 - Illness Prevention Through Lifestyle Medicine (with Dr. Sunny Sharma)
Mar 19, 202659 min
I had a great conversation with Dr. Sunny Sharma. Dr. Sharma has geared his practice towards using lifestyle medicine to prevent chronic illness, rather than blindly treat sicknesses with prescription medication. Through his observation of society’s state health and habits, as well as his own personal health scare of a brain tumor in 2022, he’s used his knowledge to adjust his approach in caring for his patients and himself. A few other topics discussed: -The scope of practice of a lifestyle medicine doctor -Ideal protein and fiber intake -The truth about Cholesterol -Ozempic/GLP-1’s Contact Mike: Mike Sinopoli - NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn: @mfswellness email: mike@mfswellness.com phone: 630-361-4907 www.mfswellness.com
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
