Lucas and Luna dissect the AIDA model—Awareness, Interest, Decision, Action—and how each stage shapes modern marketing strategy. In each episode, they trace a real campaign from first impression to final conversion, using named brands like HubSpot's inbound engine or Nike's demand generation funnel. Lucas maps the numbers: cost-per-lead at the awareness top, conversion rates at the decision pinch point. Luna pushes back on assumptions, asking whether a 'leaky funnel' is actually a signal problem or a product problem. Together, they examine how content marketing, retargeting, and sales handoffs either accelerate or stall the buyer's journey. The show is for marketing managers, growth leads, and product marketers who already know the basics but want to see the funnel through the lens of real data and buyer psychology. Lucas and Luna avoid abstract theory; every episode grounds itself in a specific campaign, a specific metric, and a specific tension between awareness spending and conversi

How Airbnb Uses Pricing Algorithms to Optimize Trust
Sep 13, 20269 minS4
In this episode, Lucas and Luna dive into the mechanics of dynamic pricing on Airbnb, specifically examining how the platform uses machine learning to balance host revenue with guest trust. We break down the specific friction points that arise when algorithmic price surges feel arbitrary to travelers, and explore why transparency in pricing logic is becoming as critical as the price itself. The conversation anchors on a recent shift in Airbnb’s user interface that highlights estimated total costs earlier in the search flow, aiming to reduce booking abandonment caused by sticker shock. We also look at how hosts can leverage these tools without triggering negative reviews, focusing on the delicate balance between maximizing yield and maintaining community goodwill. This is a deep cut into the intersection of behavioral economics, algorithmic fairness, and customer experience design in the sharing economy. #Airbnb #DynamicPricing #MarketingFunnel #BehavioralEconomics #TrustDesign #UserExperience #SharingEconomy #AlgorithmicFairness #HostTools #GuestExperience #PriceTransparency #BookingAbandonment #StickerShock #MachineLearning #RevenueManagement #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingStrategy Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
How Amazon One Palm Scanning Redefined Retail Friction
Sep 12, 202610 minS4
We look at how Amazon One’s palm-reading kiosks are changing the way we think about checkout lines and personal data in physical stores. It started with a simple goal: make buying coffee faster by replacing wallets with hands. But as these scanners move into stadiums and grocery aisles, they raise big questions about convenience versus privacy. We dig into the specific mechanics of biometric payments, the consumer hesitation around sharing biological data for minor savings, and whether frictionless retail is actually worth the trade-off. This isn't just about speed; it's about what we're willing to surrender to never wait in line again. #AmazonOne #BiometricPayments #RetailTech #FrictionlessCommerce #ConsumerPrivacy #PhysicalRetail #MarketingStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #DigitalIdentity #CheckoutExperience #DataSecurity #Innovation #CustomerJourney #TechnologyTrends #MarketingFunnel #FutureOfShopping Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Dollar General Masters the Rural Marketing Funnel
Sep 10, 202613 minS4
Most marketing textbooks focus on urban millennials, but rural America drives massive retail volume. We explore how Dollar General optimized its AIDA stages for the American heartland: awareness through local community roots, interest via ultra-convenient formats, decision built on price anchoring, and action driven by location density. With over eighteen thousand stores serving communities that traditional retailers ignored, Dollar General turned logistical disadvantages into a competitive moat. Lucas and Luna break down the specific operational choices—like the ninety-nine-cent price point psychology and the strategic placement of drive-up lanes—that make this funnel resilient even in a shifting economic landscape as we head into the fall quarter of two thousand twenty-six. #DollarGeneral #RuralMarketing #RetailStrategy #AIDAFunnel #ConsumerBehavior #SmallTownBusiness #PricingPsychology #SupplyChainEfficiency #MarketPenetration #ValueRetail #CommunityEngagement #StorePlacement #CustomerLoyalty #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingFunnel #EconomicResilience #RetailGrowth Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
