Every week, Lucas and Luna examine the shifting landscape of marketing careers — which skills are actually in demand, how job titles are evolving, and what separates a good career move from a dead end. They skip the hype about 'growth hacking' and instead look at real salary data from the ANA and LinkedIn, dissect job postings from companies like Procter & Gamble and HubSpot, and talk through the trade-offs between agency, in-house, and freelance routes. Lucas quizzes Luna on her framework for evaluating a role beyond just the title — things like budget ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the real learning curve. They also debate how much a marketing degree matters versus a portfolio of measurable results, and unpack case studies of marketers who pivoted from brand management to product marketing or from demand gen to analytics. If you're a marketer wondering whether to specialize further or broaden out, or if you're trying to assess whether your current job is building career ca

How Marketers Master The Art of Contextual Relevance
Oct 4, 202611 minS5
In this episode, Lucas and Luna dissect the quiet crisis in modern marketing: the gap between personalization at scale and genuine contextual relevance. We examine how brands like Spotify and Amazon have moved beyond demographic targeting to predictive behavioral mapping, using specific examples from their recommendation engines. Lucas breaks down the technical architecture behind 'next-best-action' models, while Luna challenges the ethical implications of such intimate data usage. We explore a case study where a mid-sized retailer failed because they optimized for clicks instead of context, losing fifteen percent of annual revenue in six months. The conversation reveals why skill stacking now requires understanding not just creative strategy but also data ethics and user psychology. Tune in to learn how to audit your own campaigns for contextual drift and build career capital that survives algorithmic shifts. #ContextualRelevance #MarketingStrategy #CareerGrowth #DataEthics #Personalization #BehavioralMapping #Spotify #Amazon #RetailMarketing #NextBestAction #UserPsychology #AlgorithmicShifts #CreativeStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingSkills #TechTrends #ConsumerInsights Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Why Marketers Fail at Pricing Psychology
Oct 3, 202610 minS5
We dive into the specific mechanics of price anchoring and decoy pricing, using a real-world example from a mid-sized consumer electronics brand that shifted its strategy in early 2026. Lucas and Luna break down why most marketers rely on intuition rather than behavioral economics when setting prices, and how small adjustments to tier structures can dramatically impact average order value without alienating customers. We look at the data behind the 'Goldilocks effect' in subscription models and discuss why transparency often beats complexity in modern e-commerce. Why Marketers Must Master Technical Fluency
Oct 2, 20269 minS5

Anchored by the October 2026 shift toward privacy-first data models, they dissect how technical literacy transforms vague brand promises into measurable operational leverage. This episode covers the specific skills marketers need to talk effectively with engineering teams, from understanding API limits to grasping first-party data segmentation, moving beyond buzzwords to actual structural competence. #MarketingCareer #TechnicalFluency #DataDrivenMarketing #FirstPartyData #MarTechStack #DigitalStrategy #MarketingSkills #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerGrowth #APILiteracy #CustomerDataPlatform #MarketingLeadership #TechAndBusiness #ROIMeasurement #ModernMarketing #LucasAndLuna #FexingoNetwork Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Oct 1, 20268 minS5

How Marketers Master Strategic Patience
Sep 30, 202612 minS5
Most marketers are addicted to the sprint. They chase the weekly campaign, the daily metric, the immediate win. But in a market where consumer attention is fractured and algorithmic feeds change by the hour, speed is often the enemy of strategy. This week, we talk about the counter-intuitive power of strategic patience. We look at how major brands are slowing down their decision cycles to build durable equity rather than chasing viral moments that burn out in forty-eight hours. You will learn the specific framework for measuring long-term brand health against short-term sales spikes, and why the most successful marketing leaders are becoming experts in waiting. #StrategicPatience #BrandEquity #MarketingStrategy #LongTermGrowth #ConsumerBehavior #DigitalMarketing #CareerGrowth #BusinessLeadership #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingCareers #BrandBuilding #SlowMarketing #ROIMeasurement #MarketingTrends2026 #CreativeStrategy #MarketAnalysis #LucasAndLuna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
