The Jim Benson Show Shocking Story Of Stolen US Elections From Belgrade's Servers to Smartmatic: Pearson Sharp and Gary Berntsen on How America's Elections Are Stolen Jim Benson argues Trump should declare a national elections emergency, then plays OANN's Pearson Sharp cataloguing recent mail-in ballot fraud cases and former CIA officer Gary Berntsen's sweeping, unverified account of a Venezuelan-Cuban-Chinese operation running election theft through Smartmatic, Dominion and a Belgrade server farm. Benson's Case for a Stolen Election Jim Benson opens the show by arguing that the 2020 election was stolen to install President Biden and that Democrats are poised to repeat the fraud in this year's midterms. He cites the book Stolen Elections by Ralph Pezzullo, claiming a Venezuelan, Cuban and Chinese cabal has manipulated electronic voting data in the United States and roughly seventy other countries for more than two decades. Benson says Trump won in 2016, 2020 and 2024, crediting a secret cyber team sent to Belgrade, Serbia before the 2024 vote with shutting down Huawei servers that otherwise would have flipped millions of votes to Kamala Harris. He notes the Supreme Court refused to lift the injunction against Trump's Postal Service order meant to secure mail-in ballots, with Justice Kavanaugh calling it too late to implement before the midterms. Benson argues Trump should declare a national elections emergency and introduces the day's video segments. Pearson Sharp's Report on Ballot Fraud Cases The show plays a report from Pearson Sharp's Sharp Report on One America News, introduced by Benson's note that election-integrity activist Patrick Byrne has estimated roughly a quarter of Democrat votes could be fraudulent. Sharp says Trump called the Supreme Court's refusal to let his administration enforce new barcoded mail-in ballot tracking before the midterms horrible and highly political, with Justices Thomas and Alito dissenting while Kavanaugh cited insufficient time. Sharp runs through recent cases: a Skid Row petition-fraud operation in Los Angeles, former Lodi councilman Shakir Khan found with forty-one completed ballots in his home, Orange County's Laura Lee Yourex registering her dog Maya Jean and getting one of its ballots counted, and Kansas voter Mariana Alexandra Duey charged with voting as a noncitizen. He closes by citing Senator Chuck Grassley's declassified FBI records describing Chinese-made fraudulent driver's licenses allegedly tied to a mail-in ballot scheme, a report the Bureau recalled before fully investigating it. Introducing Gary Berntsen's Allegations Benson introduces former CIA officer Gary Berntsen, prominently named in the Stolen Elections book, saying he suspects without confirmation that Berntsen helped shut down the Belgrade servers. He plays a December interview from the Stephen Gardner Show in which Berntsen says the FBI, Homeland Security and CIA were in stand-down mode on Venezuela and the Cartel de los Soles under the Biden administration because, he alleges, those agencies were colluding with the cartel to deliver elections. Gardner responds only with brief exclamations as Berntsen lists his career, leading the entry into Afghanistan, running Hezbollah operations and handling the Khobar Towers and Argentina bombing cases, and says he will not back down despite a letter from Dominion after Fox paid the company $768.5 million. Berntsen adds that Smartmatic's president has been indicted in Miami on a Philippines bribery case and claims the two companies' shared source code was used to steal elections in more than seventy countries with help from Soros-linked operatives. Tracing the Technology to Venezuela Benson plays a longer interview with Benny Johnson in which Berntsen, describing himself as the CIA officer who led the entry into Afghanistan and wrote Jawbreaker with author Ralph Pezzullo, explains that Pezzullo also wrote Stolen Elections about Berntsen and his business partner Martín Rodil. Berntsen says the two men spent roughly seven years investigating the Cartel de los Soles, the Venezuelan criminal network he values at $2.7 trillion in stolen oil money, drug proceeds and gold, and that sources led them to engineers inside Smartmatic and Venezuela's National Electoral Council. For two years they recruited and debriefed those engineers, briefing the Trump campaign on election theft before 2024 and, after the 2020 election, briefing Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell. Patrick Byrne, he says, financed the recruitment of a dozen engineers and funded a computer lab first in the Caribbean and then in Switzerland, where Berntsen lived for a year after an FBI contact warned him to flee Washington or risk having his investigation destroyed. From Chávez's Machines to Dominion Berntsen traces the technology's origin to a 2003 Venezuelan recall referendum, when he says Cuban intelligence urged Hugo Chávez to adopt touch-screen voting machines bought from Italy's Olivetti to win the 2004 vote, after which Chávez shared the system with allies including the Kirchners in Argentina and Evo Morales in Bolivia. He says the technology first entered the United States through Democratic primaries in Cook County and New Jersey, prompting then-Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney to warn Treasury Secretary John Snow, triggering a CFIUS review that forced Smartmatic to sell its technology, eventually to a Toronto-based startup called Dominion that he links to George Soros and later Chinese investment. Berntsen says Dominion set up a research center in Belgrade staffed by ninety-eight Serbian, Venezuelan and Chinese administrators running Huawei servers that controlled swing-state vote data later sent to Hong Kong. He credits then-Senator Markwayne Mullin as a brave ally and says he and Rodil personally helped expose former ambassador Manuel Rocha as a Cuban intelligence asset. Intelligence Failures and the Show's Close Asked by Johnson how American intelligence allowed this to happen, Berntsen calls it the worst counterintelligence failure since the agency's founding, citing Cuban recruitment of DIA analyst Ana Montes and State Department official Kendall Myers and arguing Cuban-run Venezuelan networks did ten times the damage of the Hanssen and Aldrich Ames spy cases. He describes roughly fourteen techniques for manipulating scanners and tabulators and defeating audits, including an absentee-ballot scanning trick that swaps results mid-count and a paper-margin adjustment that forces machines to trip so a technician can insert a thumb drive, plus what he calls shaving votes county by county in states like Colorado. Berntsen says the Director of National Intelligence's office gave a contract to its own contacts rather than the witnesses his team assembled, and names Markwayne Mullin and Patrick Byrne as key allies, saying only Trump has shown real will to act. Benson closes the show, thanking listeners and pointing them to his BBS Radio page, X, Rumble and Apple Podcasts, promising a new edition in two weeks.
