This week I am super excited to welcome Caroline Alan BACK to the podcast! Caroline Alan is the co-founder and CEO of BEAM Minerals, but like many of my guests on the podcast, she came to her current focus on health and wellness through a debilitating mystery illness that shook her on all limbs of her tree. Coming from a career in the corporate world, Caroline found herself struggling physically, mentally and energetically. During her circuitous journey back to health, Caroline encountered plant-based minerals and their unique ability to support a return to natural balance in the body. And they changed her life. Once well (which took about 9 months), Caroline delved into research on minerals: why they are important to human physiology, how they work in the body, why we are all so deficient, and how to replenish them effectively. Her journey took her deep into microbiology, molecular biology, cellular biology, agricultural soil science, the study of plant decomposition and more...and sparked a commitment to share what she had learned with the world.
