Ep 52: Protecting Our Girls From Comparison Culture | Helping Your Daughter Build Confidence and Know Her Worth
Aug 20, 202617 min
Today, I’m talking about one of the most consistent threats to our daughters’ confidence: comparison culture. From perfectly curated social media feeds and friendship groups to sports, activities, and even sibling dynamics, girls are surrounded by messages encouraging them to measure their appearance, abilities, and lives against someone else’s. You’ll learn why comparison can make your daughter feel smaller, the important difference between comparison and inspiration, and how constantly looking at what others have can prevent her from recognizing the beauty of her own life. We’ll also walk through six practical ways to help protect your daughter from comparison culture, including auditing what she consumes, talking openly about online highlight reels, avoiding sibling comparisons, teaching her to recognize a comparison spiral, modeling contentment, and affirming the qualities that make her uniquely herself. If you want to raise a daughter who can admire someone else without diminishing herself, this episode will give you the tools and encouragement to help her build an identity that isn’t based on where she ranks. The world may continue handing your daughter a measuring stick, but you can help her learn to put it down, recognize her unique design, and walk confidently in who she was created to be. Ep 51: Identity and Self-Worth | Helping Your Daughter Know Her Value Beyond Grades, Appearance, and Approval
Aug 13, 202617 min
Today, I'm talking about where our daughters get their sense of identity—and how easily one disappointing grade, friendship struggle, failed tryout, or comparison can become a statement about who they believe they are. You’ll learn the difference between a performance-based identity and a belovedness-based identity, why even positive labels can create pressure, and how your responses can teach your daughter that what happened to her does not define her worth. We’ll walk through six practical ways to help your daughter build a steadier sense of self, including separating identity from behavior, affirming character beyond achievement, modeling healthier self-talk, and creating small rituals that remind her who she is. Through the story of Hannah, you’ll also be encouraged to help your daughter anchor her identity in something deeper than success, appearance, or approval. If you want to raise a girl who can experience disappointment without allowing it to define her, this episode will give you the tools and encouragement to begin. Ep 49: Letting Kids Struggle | How to Raise Resilient, Confident Daughters Without Rescuing Them
Jul 30, 202617 min
Today, I’m talking about one of the hardest things we do as moms: watching our daughters struggle without stepping in to fix everything. Whether she is frustrated by a difficult assignment, navigating friendship conflict, or learning something new, our instinct is often to make it easier. But when we remove every challenge, we may also remove the opportunity for her to build resilience, strengthen her problem-solving skills, and discover that she is capable of doing hard things. We’ll explore the important difference between supporting your daughter and rescuing her, along with six practical ways to stay connected while giving her room to grow. You’ll learn how to validate her feelings without removing the challenge, resist jumping in at the first sign of frustration, celebrate persistence, and help her reflect on what she learned. If you want to raise a daughter who trusts herself while remaining the safe, steady support she needs, this episode will help you step back without disconnecting. Ep 48: Natural vs. Logical Consequences | How to Discipline Your Daughter Without Shame or Power Struggles
Jul 16, 202616 min
Today, I’m answering one of the most common questions moms ask: How do I choose a consequence that actually fits what happened? When your daughter makes a poor choice, it can be difficult to know whether to step in, let life do the teaching, or create a consequence yourself. We’ll break down the difference between natural and logical consequences, when each one is appropriate, and how to use the three R’s—related, reasonable, and respectful—to guide your response without resorting to random punishments, angry lectures, or consequences you cannot maintain. You’ll also learn six practical ways to stay calm, follow through consistently, resist the urge to rescue, and reconnect with your daughter after the consequence has done its work. You’ll discover how consequences can teach responsibility without creating shame or damaging connection. If you want to hold boundaries with greater confidence while helping your daughter learn from her choices, this episode will give you a practical framework you can begin using today. Ep 47: Raising Daughters Who Take Ownership | Teaching Accountability Without Shame
Jul 9, 202614 min
In this episode, I’m talking about something every girl mom will face at some point: helping your daughter take ownership when she makes a mistake. Maybe she blames her sister, points to the teacher, shifts responsibility to a friend, or insists it wasn’t her fault. And as a mom, you’re left wondering how to teach accountability without crushing her confidence or making her feel ashamed. We’ll break down why girls often deflect, what’s really happening beneath the blame, and the important difference between shame and accountability. You’ll learn why ownership is a skill that can be taught, modeled, and strengthened at home — not through harsh lectures, but through safety, steady leadership, honest conversations, and repair. If you want to raise a daughter who can say, “I did that, I can learn from it, and I can do better,” this episode will give you the tools and encouragement to begin building that skill one conversation at a time. What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
