Lucas and Luna sit down with practicing financial advisors to demystify the relationship between planner and client. Each episode examines a real advisory firm's business model — fee structures, asset allocation philosophy, tax-minimization tactics — and tests it against the fiduciary standard. Lucas presses for the numbers behind the pitch: how a planner's compensation affects the advice they give, how often they rebalance portfolios, what benchmarks they use. Luna, representing the engaged client, asks the uncomfortable questions: 'How do you get paid if I don't follow your recommendation?' and 'What happens to my plan when you sell your practice?' Together they explore how fiduciary duty plays out in everyday decisions — from selecting a 401(k) provider to navigating a concentrated stock position. The show is for anyone who works with a financial advisor or is considering hiring one: you'll learn what to ask, what to look for in a client agreement, and how to spot conflicts of inter

How Financial Advisors Navigate Client Silence
Sep 14, 202611 minS4
Most financial planning failures aren't caused by bad market picks or high fees. They are caused by silence. In this episode, Lucas and Luna explore the specific mechanics of client inactivity — when a client stops responding to emails, misses scheduled reviews, or simply goes quiet for months. We look at why this happens, often stemming from anxiety or life changes rather than disinterest, and how fiduciary planners can identify early warning signs without being intrusive. This is not about chasing clients for signatures. It is about understanding that silence is a data point in itself, and how proactive, low-friction check-ins can prevent costly behavioral mistakes before they happen. #FinancialPlanning #FiduciaryDuty #ClientRelationships #BehavioralFinance #WealthManagement #AdvisorStrategy #PassiveInvesting #LifeEvents #CommunicationGap #TrustBuilding #RetirementPlanning #AssetAllocation #TaxEfficiency #EstatePlanning #RiskManagement #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #PersonalFinance Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
How Advisors Navigate Concentrated Stock Tax Traps
Sep 13, 20267 minS4
We tackle the specific headache of concentrated stock positions when you inherit or exercise options, leaving a client with half their net worth in one company. Lucas and Luna break down why diversifying feels like selling your favorite child, how to use charitable remainder trusts without triggering immediate capital gains, and why fiduciary duty requires you to address the tax drag before talking about asset allocation. This is not about picking winners, it is about surviving the winner. #ConcentratedStock #TaxPlanning #FiduciaryDuty #CharitableRemainderTrust #FinancialAdvisor #WealthManagement #CapitalGains #EmployeeStockOptions #EstatePlanning #RiskManagement #NetWorth #AssetAllocation #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinanceAdvice #InvestmentStrategy #RetirementPlanning #TaxEfficiency Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
We talk to behavioral economist Dr. Elena Rostova about the 'house money effect' and how it distorts risk perception during market rallies. Using her recent study of three thousand high-net-worth clients, we see how advisors can use specific framing techniques to counteract this bias. This episode focuses on one concrete tool: the pre-commitment strategy that helps clients stick to their long-term plan when volatility hits. #BehavioralFinance #FiduciaryDuty #FinancialAdvisor #RiskManagement #InvestingPsychology #HouseMoneyEffect #PreCommitmentStrategy #MarketVolatility #WealthManagement #ClientEducation #PortfolioRebalancing #LossAversion #DecisionMaking #PersonalFinance #ElenaRostova #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #SmartMoney Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Lucas and Luna explore how financial advisors handle the most common risk: client inaction. Using a specific case of a couple with concentrated stock options, they discuss why passive management fails when life changes outpace portfolio adjustments. The episode reveals the hidden costs of advisory inaction and provides a concrete checklist for listeners to audit their own advisor relationships. Discover how proactive fiduciaries identify drift before it becomes disaster, and what questions you should be asking your planner today. #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinancialPlanning #FiduciaryDuty #WealthManagement #ClientInaction #PortfolioDrift #ConcentratedStock #FeeBasedAdvice #RetirementPlanning #RiskTolerance #AdvisorRelationship #FinancialAdvisor #InvestmentStrategy #BehavioralFinance #AssetAllocation #TaxEfficiency #EstatePlanning Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most clients never review their advisor’s actual work beyond annual statements. In this episode, we explore the 'Quarterly Value Report' — a specific framework designed to prove that advisory fees are buying you more than just asset allocation. We break down the three components every fiduciary should provide: behavioral coaching logs, tax-loss harvesting opportunities missed or captured, and life event stress tests. Lucas walks through a real case study of a client who realized their advisor was managing risk but ignoring alpha decay, while Luna challenges whether these reports create unnecessary anxiety for simple investors. #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinancialPlanning #AdvisorFees #FiduciaryDuty #WealthManagement #ClientAdvocacy #InvestmentStrategy #TaxLossHarvesting #BehavioralFinance #PortfolioReview #FinancialLiteracy #RetirementPlanning #MoneyManagement #EconomicInsights #CareerAdvice #PersonalFinance #LucasAndLuna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
