242 // 5 Things to Automate In Your Facebook Group
Jul 7, 202621 min
Summer's coming, and so is the moment I turn to my Facebook group and think, "wait, do I actually have to keep doing this by hand?" Spoiler: no. This week I'm breaking down the five things you can automate in your Facebook group right now, so it keeps running — and growing — while you're at the pool, on a plane, or just refusing to open your laptop for twelve straight weeks. I'm covering: The one thing I will never fully automate (and the exact reason a very hate-filled membership request taught me that lesson) The two free, built-in Facebook features most group owners forget to turn on How to keep your group posting every single day without writing a single caption in July The simple $5-a-day strategy I've used to grow my own group on autopilot This episode also kicks off the Automations Challenge inside the Group Growth Club — five days, five tasks, plus one bonus AI automation I've never talked about publicly. Happy Listening! Sarah In this episode, I mention using GroupCollector. If you'd like to use this software (highly recommend you do!!), grab it here: https://groupcollector.com/?ref=622 (this is an affiliate link. if you choose to make a purchase I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you). What if the secret to never running out of content ideas wasn't creating more — but reusing what you already have, better? In this episode, Sarah sits down with Jackie Naunton of the Seriously in Business podcast to talk about a content system that completely changed how she shows up online — one that turns a single podcast episode into an entire week's worth of content without the burnout, the blank-page panic, or the scramble to design something new every day. They get into why doing the same thing over and over might actually be the smartest move you can make on social media, the one Canva update that changed everything, and the mindset shift that finally got Sarah off the "I need a new template" hamster wheel. If you've ever felt like content creation is a race to the bottom, this conversation might change how you think about it for good. PS. If you enjoyed this episode, you'll LOVE the full masterclass Jacqui is teaching inside my membership, the Group Growth Club!! She's teaching the Hero Design System in full AND is providing my members a template they can customize to their own business so they can plug-and-play all their graphics and content to create better content in less time! 239 // Your Facebook Group Culture is Blocking Your Sales.
Apr 27, 20268 minS0

I've talked about content. I've talked about growth. I've talked about sales strategy. But this? I don't think I've ever touched this one before on the podcast, and honestly I'm surprised more people aren't talking about it.

Because there's something happening inside a lot of Facebook groups that has nothing to do with your offer, your content, or how often you're showing up. It's a culture problem. And the wild part is most group owners created it completely by accident, with the best intentions.

In this episode I'm getting into the invisible dynamic that might...
238 // The One Thing Keeping You From Consistent Income In Your Facebook Group
Apr 20, 202612 minS0

If your income has been all over the place lately, some months great, some months crickets, I have something to tell you. And fair warning: it's going to sound a little anticlimactic at first.

It's not your offer. It's not your sales skills. It's not your audience. The thing standing between you and consistent income is something way more fundamental than any of that, and once you see it, you genuinely can't unsee it.

In this episode I'm getting into the real reason so many Facebook group owners can't seem to create predictable revenue, why...
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
